Why knowing what to do has not been enough

Moving things takes effort. Managing the whole process can feel overwhelming.

Organizing asks you to analyze the space, make decision after decision, and keep the work in order while you’re already carrying so much.

The responsibility keeps landing on you. You may live alone or with a partner. The home needs attention, but every starting point seems to open into a much larger project.

Family life keeps outrunning the systems. The everyday spaces keep becoming disorganized, leaving you to manage systems that demand constant attention on top of everything else. You need a home that asks less of you.

Life changed, and your home needs to change with it. A move, downsizing, separation, or health change has shifted what you need from your space. You want guidance that respects your pace and what matters to you.

Kim takes on the organizing process. She works out what your home needs now and guides the work, with your routines, energy, and priorities in mind. You stay in charge of your belongings and what stays or goes.

The Simply Spacial Method™, applied live

Kim leads the organizing process, right there with you on video.

Kim applies her Simply Spacial Method™ live in your home. Her Six-Level Map guides the analysis and the order of the work, so you can focus on what you’re doing without having to manage the whole process.

1
Identify the room’s level

Kim uses her Six-Level Map to identify where your space stands and what organizing work it needs next.

2
Choose where to begin

Kim’s Six-Level Map informs the starting point. She narrows the options and applies her Zone Loop to guide the work in a manageable order.

3
Guide the work and the why

Kim explains the Simply Spacial Method™ as you use it together. You learn how its tools guide the decisions, so you have a framework you can return to when your space needs attention again.

The Simply Spacial Method™

A method that considers your neurodivergent mind, your body, and your home.

The Simply Spacial Method™ has one central aim: helping you create a home your body can relax in. Kim combines an understanding of neurodivergent minds with her structured organizing approach, so the work considers what both you and your space need.

Your mind shapes the approach.

Your attention, memory, sensory needs, and available energy shape the way Kim guides the work. Your pace and your relationship with your belongings matter, too.

There is a reason things keep spreading.

Kim draws on physics, including the scientific concept of entropy, as a lens for understanding recurring disorder. She brings practical reasoning to the changes and curiosity to the space, without making its condition a verdict on you.

A method you can return to when life changes.

The Simply Spacial Method™ helps you understand why a system works and what needs attention when it doesn’t. Its tools give you a way back after hard weeks or changing needs, without expecting perfect progress.

The Six-Level Map

A framework for identifying where your space stands and what kind of organizing work it needs.

The Zone Loop

A repeatable process Kim guides, bringing structure to the work one manageable zone at a time.

The Photo Method

A way to analyze your space from a photograph. Kim can teach you this tool to help you look at your home with fresh perspective between sessions.

The right boundaries. The right containers. Kim knows what to look for.

Bins and other boundaries help each category stay in its home. Kim brings the container expertise to choose what fits your space, how you use it, and what feels comfortable to live with. She can work with what you already own or recommend options from the products she uses in real homes.

Container guidance is included with every package.

You bring your home as it is. Kim brings the method and the experience to apply it.
You do not have to learn it all before you begin. She leads the work and explains the reasoning as you go.

How Virtual Home Organizing works

Expert direction, applied to your actual home in real time.

Through live video, Kim applies the Simply Spacial Method™ with you in your own home. You show her the space, and she guides the work as it happens.

1 Show Kim the room as it is

Use your phone, tablet, or laptop to show the space you want help with. The real condition of the room gives Kim the information she needs.

2 Kim determines what happens first

Kim applies her Six-Level Map to identify the room’s level and what it needs next. That gives her a clear basis for narrowing the decisions and guiding the sequence.

3 The system takes shape with you

You make manageable changes while Kim leads the work and explains the Simply Spacial Method™. You learn how to use the method to understand your system and return to it when it slips.

Is Virtual Home Organizing the Right Kind of Help for You?

This may fit when:
You want Kim to analyze a space in your home and lead the organizing process live. You want live guidance while you organize your space. You want fewer decisions to manage while keeping authority over your belongings. You want to understand why the system works and how to re-enter it later.
This is not a fit if:
The work is commercial, home-office, physical-paper, or digital organization. You want someone to come to your home and do the physical organizing for you. You want written advice only, without working together on a live video call. You are looking only for body doubling, without expert organizing guidance.

Frequently asked questions

Clear answers before you inquire.

What does Kim decide, and what do I decide?

Kim leads the organizing process. She analyzes the space, determines the sequence, makes the expert organizing decisions, and directs what happens next. You remain the authority on your belongings and decide what stays or goes.

What happens during a virtual session?

You show Kim the space in your home by video. She uses the Six-Level Map to identify its level, then leads you through manageable changes while explaining the reasoning.

Is this body doubling?

Kim’s presence may help you stay with the work, but body doubling is not the service. You are paying for expert analysis, decision-making, sequencing, and live leadership of the organizing process.

Do I have to know where to begin?

No. Determining where the room stands and what it needs next is part of Kim’s role.

Will the room be finished?

Virtual Home Organizing is designed to create real movement in a defined part of the home, but it does not promise a finished room, a set room count, or a fixed completion timeline. Progress depends on the scope of the work, the pace that works for you, and the decisions involved.

What if I become overwhelmed during the work?

Support for overwhelm is part of every package. Kim helps you slow the work down and feel more grounded, with your nervous system and energy in mind. She can reduce the scope and make the next decision smaller. Your response is information, not failure.

Do I need to purchase containers or bins?

Not necessarily. We can use the bins and containers you already have when they suit the space and the job. Kim has a selection of containers she uses in her organizing work and can recommend options that fit your needs. If your space needs something you don’t have, she’ll explain what would help and share a product link. Container recommendations are included with every package; any containers you choose to buy are purchased separately.

How do the packages differ?

Every package includes a PDF overview of the full Simply Spacial Method™. More hours give you more time to apply the same method with Kim across your spaces, with a bigger discount compared with booking those hours individually.

Does anyone come into my home?

Virtual Home Organizing happens by live video. Hands-on in-home organizing is a separate service available in Sarasota, Florida and nearby areas.

What spaces can we work on?

Virtual Home Organizing is for spaces in your home. It does not include commercial spaces, home offices, physical-paper systems, or digital organization.
