Virtual Organizing  ·  Send Photos, Get a Plan

Your space,
analyzed.

Send me photos. I'll send back a calm, clear plan — what goes where, what your space actually needs, and the one easiest place to start. No call. No pressure.

Sound Familiar?

You know it needs doing. You don't know where to start.

You've opened that closet, looked at it, and closed it again. More than once this week.
You know roughly what needs to happen. You can't work out what to do first. So nothing happens at all, and the not-starting becomes its own weight.
You've saved forty organizing videos. None of them were about your closet, with your things, in your house.
You don't want somebody in your home. You want to be told what to do — and then left alone to do it.

This is for you if you just want to be told what to do

You don't want to learn the whole system right now. You want an expert to look at your space and hand you the path. For a brain that stalls on figuring-it-out but moves the moment the steps are clear, that's not lazy — that's efficient. I'll do the figuring-out. You get the map.

How It Works

From photos to plan

1

Get your simple photo guide

After you sign up, I send exactly which angles to shoot and a few short questions — how the space fails you, sensory notes, budget.

2

Send it in

Photos and answers, whenever you're ready. No call to schedule, no camera-on pressure.

3

I analyze your space

I apply my Photo Method to your photos — reading the zones, the layout, and what each zone actually needs.

4

You get your plan

An image-rich PDF: your zones, where things go, a short product shortlist, and the one easiest zone to start.

5

One round of follow-up

Questions after you read it? Send them once and I'll answer — so nothing's left fuzzy.

What's In Your Plan

The deliverable

Your space, broken into clear zonesthe overwhelm sorted into pieces.
A layoutwhat goes where, and why it works.
A short product shortlistonly what you actually need, nothing extra.
The one easiest zone to startso you never freeze at the beginning.

Written in calm, plain language — because the pile is data, not a verdict on you.

The Simply Spacial Method

Every room has a level.
The level tells you what to do.

Every room sits at one of six levels. Find the level, and you know exactly what to do next. Not a guess. A map.

A system that holds itself

Your plan names the level your space is at, and the one move that takes it up from there. That's why it never opens with a hundred things to do — it opens with the next one.

01

The Photo Method: so the room can't flood you

Standing in a cluttered room, everything pulls at you at once. That's the flood — not a willpower failure, just too much reaching your senses at the same time. A photo puts the room down. It holds still, at a calm distance, and it can be analyzed slowly — which is exactly what I do with yours.

02

Why your plan starts in one place, not ten

The level names the move, so your plan doesn't hand you a whole room. It hands you the single easiest place to begin, then what comes after it — one space, one move, in the order that actually holds.

From 'Jessy Messy' to an organized me — my family would have told you it was impossible. Kim Reynolds and Simply Spacial completely changed how I approached maintaining my home. Seven years later, I'm still using the systems and tools she helped me pick out.

★★★★★

It was so overwhelming I didn't know where to start, so I just never started. Kim came to my rescue. It looks and feels amazing to have this off my list — and off my floor.

★★★★★

She immediately came in with great ideas on how to better organize every area I gave her — and make it look pretty! She works quickly and efficiently. I can't wait to do our next project.

Who You're Working With

I'm Kim.

Fifteen years, 500+ homes. I'm also autistic, and I live with bipolar, OCD and PTSD — so I'm not studying how your mind works from the outside. I have the same problem you do, and I've spent fifteen years solving it alongside people like you.

When you send photos, I'm the one looking at them. Not a template and not an assistant — me, with fifteen years of knowing what a space is trying to tell you.

No judgment, ever

I've seen every version of overwhelm there is, including my own. Nothing you send me is going to be the worst thing I've seen.

No call, no camera

You send photos whenever you're ready. Nothing gets scheduled, and you never have to be on screen or tidy up first.
