Virtual Organizing  ·  Live, From Anywhere

Not another organizer.
The work gets done — and the knowing is what you keep.

For ADHD, autistic, and minds that work differently.

We work your space together over video — running the Six Levels, the Photo Method, and the Loop on your own rooms, with me on the screen the whole time. You do the moving. I analyze the space and say what it needs next.

Sound Familiar?

The room is doing this.
You are not.

You walk in and the whole room reaches you at once. Not one thing at a time. All of it, at the same volume. That isn't a focus problem — that's a room with no filter on it.
There's a room you've stopped going into. You route around it now without thinking about it. The door stays shut, and the house quietly gets smaller.
You've moved the same stack four times. Not because you're stalling. Because every object in it needs a decision, and nothing in the room has anywhere decided to go.
You can pull it together fast when someone's coming over. So it was never capability. It's that alone in that room, your body is holding every decision by itself.

How It Works

What a session looks like

Most of the people I work with are ADHD, autistic, or some mix nobody's put a name to. No diagnosis required, and you don't have to explain any of it to me — I already know what the room does to you. You do the moving; I analyze the space and say what it needs next.

1

Book and tell me a little

Grab a slot and answer a few short, sensory-friendly questions, so I arrive already knowing something about your space.

2

We get on video

You show me the space — standing in it, camera pointed at the room, nothing tidied first. The mess is just data.

3

We find the level it's at

That's the map. It's the difference between staring at a room and knowing what it needs next.

4

We pick the zone worth doing first

Sometimes that's the easy one, so you get moving. Sometimes it's the one wrecking your day. We decide together — you never have to pick alone.

5

You do the work; I hold the structure

You move; I keep the pace calm, make the calls you're stuck on, and answer whatever comes up.

6

You stop with real ground gained

Not a to-do list. Actual progress you can see from the doorway — and you know what comes next.

The Simply Spacial Method

Every room has a level.
The level tells you what to do.

Every room sits at one of six levels. Find the level, and you know exactly what to do next. Not a guess. A map.

A system that holds itself

In our session, the first thing we do is name the level your space is at. That's what turns "I don't know where to start" into one move you can actually make — and it's yours to run on every other room in the house.

01

The Photo Method: so the room can't flood you

Standing in a cluttered room, everything pulls at you at once. That's the flood — not a willpower failure, just too much reaching your senses at the same time. So we take one photo and put the room down. On a screen it holds still, at a calm distance, and we analyze it a few zones at a time. The Photo Method exists because that's how my brain sees. I built it for myself first.

02

The Loop: one small zone at a time

Once we've picked a zone, you run one small loop: Sort · Place · Label. One zone, three moves, a finished win you can see from the doorway. Never the whole room at once. You can stop right there and still be ahead.

03

Re-entry: what happens when life knocks it down

Most organizing lives in the bins, so when a season rearranges the shelf, it's gone. This lives in you. You leave with the reasoning, not just the layout — so when it slips, and it will, you don't start over. You re-enter.

From 'Jessy Messy' to an organized me — my family would have told you it was impossible. Kim Reynolds and Simply Spacial completely changed how I approached maintaining my home. Seven years later, I'm still using the systems and tools she helped me pick out.

★★★★★

Kim was professional and respectful at all times. She kindly stayed on task when I would drift, and we accomplished all of what I set out to do.

Tracy M.

★★★★★

Kim helped me understand how organization impacts daily life. Organization feels peaceful — the previous clutter felt like organized chaos. I choose peace.

The Organizer You're Working With

I'm Kim, and I'm one of you.

Fifteen years organizing, over 500 homes — and I'm autistic. I live with bipolar, OCD and PTSD. So I'm not studying how your mind works from the outside. I have the same problems in my own house that you have in yours, and I spent fifteen years figuring out what actually solves them. Then I built the Six Levels and the Simply Spacial Method out of what worked.

The only difference between this and me standing in your kitchen is that I'm on a screen. I still see the room. I still make the calls you're stuck on. I still don't flinch at anything you point the camera at.

What This Is

You do the work. You keep the method.

You do it, in your own house

Nobody's in your hallway. Nothing to tidy first, nobody to perform for, no three hours of being watched. You work your own space, and I'm on a screen you can close.

The method stays with you

We run the Six Levels, the Photo Method, and the Loop on your own rooms — again and again — until you can take them into the next room without me.

A tidy house was never the point. A home your body can relax in was.

Packages have a clock on them on purpose. A date on the calendar is what turns someday into done — and showing up is the part that was never going to happen on its own.

No judgment, ever

I've seen every version of overwhelm there is, including my own. Nothing you show me is going to be the worst thing I've seen.

Camera on the space, not on you

Point it at the closet. You never have to be on screen, and you don't have to tidy anything first.

You set the pace

Three hours or twenty-four, we go at the speed your actual week allows. A slow week doesn't undo the work already behind you.
